This material has been trially manufactured and completed the “base” of technical accumulations in many years by Kawasaki Resin Research Laboratory of Showa Denko Inc. The surface cleanliness has been matched with Class 10 specifind by American FED/STD-209D, thus, the kneading treatment of conventional surfactant has been discontinued, and electro-conductive micro particles have been coated on PE-surface. In addition, for preventing the transfer of particles protecting layer has been doubly coated. Thereby, as compared with other types of materials, there is no contamination with Na and transfer of particles, then it can do widely utilized for precise instruments for astronautics, clean tranfer of precision parts as with the manufacture of semiconductor-parts, and prevention of material-damage.
